Is the Free plan really free?+
Yes. The Free plan is free with no credit card required. You can use PetCareScore for one pet with full access to core features.
What's included in the Family plan?+
The Family plan includes up to 5 pet profiles, shared access for family members and caregivers, and PDF report generation and export. It is $9 per month.
What is the Family Add-On?+
The Family Add-On is an optional add-on for Family plan users that adds 5 more pet profiles and 2 more caregiver slots for an additional $6 per month, bringing the total to 10 pet profiles and 5 caregiver slots.
Can I upgrade from Free to Family later?+
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from within the app. Your existing pet profile and data will be preserved.
Is Rescue Edition available for individual pet owners?+
No. Rescue Edition is reserved for approved rescue organizations and shelters. It is not available for individual pet owners.
How does billing work?+
Billing is handled securely through the app. The Family plan is billed monthly. You can manage your subscription from your account settings.
